Foreign Capital Inflow: Institutional investors were net buyers, with foreign investors contributing 44.726 billion TWD in net purchases. Notably, seven out of the top ten stocks bought by foreign investors were ETFs, highlighting a shift in institutional preference toward diversified vehicles.

PCB ETF Outshines ABF Stocks: While ABF substrate leaders like Nanya PCB and Kinsus saw buying interest, their volume was significantly lower than the 32,399 shares purchased for the CTBC Taiwan-Japan-Korea PCB ETF (009828). This indicates a strong preference for broader supply chain exposure over individual component manufacturers.

Strategic Index Focus: The 009828 ETF tracks the NYSE TIP Taiwan-Japan-Korea PCB Index, which includes 30 representative companies across the PCB manufacturing, assembly, and materials sectors. By focusing on high-liquidity and high-market-cap firms, the fund has become a key instrument for foreign capital targeting the regional electronics supply chain.
