SunWay Biotech achieved a record monthly revenue of NT$447 million in September, driven by strong seasonal demand for its products at U.S. Costco stores.

What Happened

Record Revenue: SunWay Biotech reported a record-breaking consolidated revenue of NT$447 million for September, marking a 453.1% year-over-year increase. Cumulative revenue for the first nine months reached NT$2.069 billion, reflecting a 195.4% growth driven by successful integration and market demand.

Market Drivers: The surge in revenue is primarily attributed to promotional activities at U.S. Costco stores for the Weider Global Nutrition (WGN) brand, particularly its men's health supplements. Since WGN was consolidated in May, the company has seen a significant scale-up in revenue, supported by robust end-consumer demand.

Global Outlook: With health supplement demand rising in both U.S. and European markets, SunWay is leveraging the CDMO capabilities of the Bora Group alongside WGN's global distribution channels. The company anticipates that the fourth-quarter retail peak season will further boost sales and expand its market presence.

Strategic Integration: SunWay is shifting its focus from growth driven by initial acquisition to synergy generated by the integration of CDMO services, R&D, and global distribution. By focusing on vitamins, sports nutrition, and functional foods, the company continues to strengthen its commercial footprint across more than 100 regions.
