Sanji Rui-KY is pivoting toward high-end AI server components, with its 800V HVDC and molding TLVR products entering mass production to drive future growth.
What Happened
Operational Overview: Sanji Rui-KY reported August consolidated revenue of NT$173 million, with year-to-date revenue reaching NT$1.277 billion. The company is actively shifting its product mix away from consumer PCs toward high-growth segments like AI servers, automotive inductors, and BBU products.
AI Technology Strategy: To address the rising power demands of AI servers, Sanji Rui began small-batch shipments of 800V HVDC magnetic components in August. These components are expected to ramp up significantly between late 2024 and Q1 2027 as data centers upgrade their power infrastructure.
Product Competitiveness: The company’s high-end molding TLVR products have been adopted by major server manufacturers and are now in mass production. Leveraging its expertise in molding processes and customized development, Sanji Rui expects improved product margins and enhanced overall profitability.
Future Outlook: Management remains optimistic about global AI infrastructure investment trends and anticipates further volume growth in high-end products by 2027. By expanding its footprint in AI servers and automotive sectors, the company aims to establish a solid foundation for long-term growth.
