Offering Details: PCB industry leader Zhen Ding Tech has finalized the pricing for its sixth overseas convertible bond issuance, raising a total of $800 million. The bonds are scheduled for issuance on September 29 and will be listed on the Singapore Exchange.
Bond Terms: The zero-coupon bonds carry a five-year maturity period. The conversion price is set at NT$550.13, representing a 12.5% premium over the company's closing stock price of NT$489 on the pricing date.
Investor Demand: The offering saw strong participation from top-tier international institutional investors and long-term funds. The deal was oversubscribed by more than seven times, reflecting robust confidence in the company's market position.
Strategic Use of Proceeds: Zhen Ding plans to utilize the entire proceeds to bolster its working capital and accelerate the development of high-end product technologies. These investments are aimed at maintaining the company's competitive edge in the global PCB market.
