Flagship Chip Launch: The company unveiled the Dimensity 9600 Pro and 9600M, utilizing 2nm and 3nm process technologies respectively. These chips feature an AI-native architecture designed to enhance performance and power efficiency, reinforcing MediaTek's leadership in the mobile SoC market.
ASIC Business Growth: MediaTek’s data center business is gaining momentum, with its first AI accelerator ASIC developed for a major U.S. cloud provider scheduled for mass production in Q4. Revenue from the data center segment is projected to exceed $2 billion this year, with further acceleration expected in 2025.
