Lingsen Precision reported its highest quarterly revenue in 14 years, fueled by strong demand for IC substrates, thermal management products, and the consolidation of Ming Jun Yuan.
What Happened
Record Performance: Lingsen Precision reported a third-quarter consolidated revenue of NT$398 million, marking an 18% quarterly increase and a 30% year-on-year growth, reaching a 14-year high. Despite a slight monthly decline in September, the company's cumulative revenue for the first three quarters remains up 13% compared to last year.
Substrate Growth: IC substrate products served as a primary growth driver, with Memory IC substrate revenue surging over 100% year-on-year in September. Improved memory market demand and optimized product mixes have extended order visibility for some substrate products into the second half of next year.
Thermal Expansion: The company's thermal management business saw an 80% year-on-year revenue increase in September, hitting its second-highest monthly record. By integrating the manufacturing capabilities of its subsidiary, Ming Jun Yuan, Lingsen has expanded its reach from sales to production, aiming for a multi-fold increase in annual thermal revenue.
Strategic Outlook: Capitalizing on the rising demand for AI and High-Performance Computing (HPC), Lingsen continues to refine its product portfolio. Management remains optimistic that the synergy between its substrate and thermal business segments will sustain growth momentum and strengthen its position within the semiconductor supply chain.
