Connector manufacturer Lenoo reported record-breaking August revenue of NT$974 million, driven by strong demand for AI server components from NVIDIA and Amazon.

What Happened

Record Revenue: Lenoo reported August consolidated revenue of NT$974 million, an 8.04% monthly increase and an 18.19% year-on-year growth, marking a new historical high. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$7.183 billion, also setting a record for the period.

AI Growth Drivers: The company is benefiting from the mass production of NVIDIA's Vera Rubin servers and increased shipments of high-current AI products for its major client, Amazon. Chairman Lee Chun-cheng noted that AI-related products have passed certification, positioning the company for strong growth in the second half of the year.

Client Diversification: While Amazon remains the primary Cloud Service Provider (CSP) client, Lenoo is actively expanding its footprint with Google, Microsoft, and Meta, with significant contributions expected by next year. Additionally, shipments of GB-series products for Dell, in collaboration with NVIDIA, are bolstering second-half performance.

Profit Outlook: Analysts expect Lenoo to challenge new highs in revenue and profit for the third quarter as AI products account for over 50% of total revenue. The company projects a 4:6 revenue split between the first and second halves of the year, reflecting a strong growth trajectory for the remainder of 2024.
