Revenue Overview: Kuang Viet reported August consolidated revenue of NT$2.65 billion, a 20.01% monthly increase but a 5.91% year-on-year decline due to a high base effect. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$12.8 billion, reflecting a 3.82% year-on-year growth.
Operational Outlook: Chairman Wu Chao-pi noted that despite the year-on-year dip, the combined July-August revenue grew by 1.74%, signaling sustained peak-season momentum. The company anticipates a strong September, with Q3 performance expected to surpass the same period last year.
Production Strategy: Regarding geopolitical tensions in the Middle East, the company confirmed that its Jordan production base remains operational and offers significant tariff and scale advantages. Jordan will continue to serve as a key production hub, providing supply chain flexibility.
