This move follows a strategic reorganization and the integration of the online learning platform PressPlay into its core operations.

Strategic Business Expansion: The group now operates across four major pillars: music services, AI multimedia technology, knowledge learning, and the creator economy. Chairman Wang Hsien-tang noted that the company serves over 30 million members, with more than 70% of its revenue derived from recurring sources.

Operational Highlights: KKBOX continues to leverage partnerships with major telecommunications providers in Taiwan and Japan to maintain stable revenue streams. Meanwhile, the company's AI multimedia division provides enterprise-level streaming technology in Japan, and its creator economy arm supports over 60 prominent influencers.

Financial Outlook: Based on pro forma financial statements, KKCompany projects 2025 revenue of NT$2.76 billion with a net profit of approximately NT$274 million. The company aims to capitalize on cross-platform data integration to drive growth in both the Taiwanese and Japanese markets.
