JASO Tech, a subsidiary of Gudeng, posted strong August revenue growth and announced plans to establish a new subsidiary to optimize investment resources.
What Happened
Revenue Performance: JASO Tech reported August consolidated revenue of NT$154 million, marking a 36.66% year-on-year increase. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$958 million, up 15.9% compared to the same period last year, driven by steady order fulfillment and rising shipment momentum in Q3.

JASO expects the upcoming A14 generation to further sustain demand for advanced process equipment, reinforcing its focus on EUV mask automation technologies.
Strategic Investment: To strengthen its corporate strategy, JASO plans to establish a wholly-owned subsidiary dedicated to investment activities. This move is designed to consolidate group resources, improve capital efficiency, and enhance strategic flexibility while expanding its footprint in the advanced process supply chain.
Technical Roadmap: JASO is actively investing in High-NA EUV and large-format mask technology to prepare for next-generation process requirements. By leveraging its expertise in automated storage and transport solutions, the company aims to deepen its technical competitiveness within the global semiconductor supply chain.
