Record Revenue Growth: Gleason announced that its September revenue reached NT$698 million, marking a 29.2% year-over-year increase and setting a new all-time monthly record. For the first nine months of the year, the company achieved a cumulative revenue of NT$5.061 billion, reflecting a 6.55% year-over-year growth and setting a new historical high for the period.
Key Growth Drivers: The strong performance was primarily fueled by the successful completion and recognition of new elevator orders, alongside robust demand for modernization services. Revenue from new installations and replacements surged by 43.78% compared to the previous year, now accounting for nearly 65% of the company's total revenue.
Technological Advancements: To capitalize on the rising demand for smart buildings in the AI and tech sectors, Gleason is investing heavily in high-speed elevators, AIoT connectivity, and cloud-based monitoring systems. These technological upgrades are designed to improve energy efficiency and operational safety, strengthening the company's competitive position in high-end commercial and industrial projects.
Positive Outlook: Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, the company maintains an optimistic outlook supported by a strong backlog of orders.
