Financial Confidence: Chairman Chien Chih-cheng stated that Q3 performance reached a record high since 2009. With robust core business and ICT revenue, the company is confident in achieving its full-year financial targets.
Core Business: President Lin Rong-syh reported a 2.9% year-over-year growth in mobile service revenue, supported by 5G penetration and roaming income. Fixed-line broadband also saw strong demand, with 1 Gbps+ subscribers increasing by 52%.
ICT Momentum: The enterprise business segment is a key growth driver, with Q3 ICT orders up 84% year-over-year. Contracts signed in the first three quarters have already reached 1.4 times the total for 2025, highlighting the recurring revenue potential of IDC, cloud, and security services.
Global and Satellite Expansion: Chunghwa Telecom continues to expand internationally, with international circuit revenue growing 33% due to submarine cable investments. Satellite services have also gained traction, with contract values exceeding 250 million TWD.
