ASRock reported record-breaking third-quarter net profits of NT$808 million, driven by strong AI server shipments and a recovery in the graphics card market.

What Happened

Financial Performance: ASRock announced a record-breaking third-quarter net profit of NT$808 million, representing a 121.3% quarterly increase and a 50.1% year-on-year growth. The company's EPS for the first three quarters reached NT$13.64, outperforming the same period last year.

AI Server Momentum: Management highlighted robust demand across AI, general-purpose, and ASIC servers, with shipments of NVIDIA's B200 and B300 series ramping up. US-based clients, who primarily purchase full-system units, remain the largest revenue contributors, with the company eyeing the Vera Rubin platform for next year.

Graphics Card Recovery: The graphics card business has seen a clear recovery since June, with significant growth in the third quarter. With channel inventory levels normalized, ASRock expects more aggressive restocking in the fourth quarter and anticipates a major upgrade cycle driven by new platforms in 2027.

Strategic Partnerships: ASRock's subsidiary, RackNerd, has partnered with Japan's Data Section to deploy AI servers equipped with NVIDIA's Blackwell architecture in Thailand. This project is expected to be a key driver for strong revenue growth throughout the second half of the year.
