Operational Outlook: HIWIN Mikrosystem is poised for strong revenue growth in the second half of the year, driven by robust demand for semiconductor front-end processes and CoWoS testing equipment. Analysts note that order visibility for its micro and nano-positioning systems has reached five to six months, reflecting sustained market demand.

Silicon Photonics Growth: The company's silicon photonics testing equipment, which began shipping in April, saw a significant surge in volume starting in July. With customers placing two additional orders in August, visibility for this product line now extends into the third and fourth quarters.

Capacity Expansion: To meet rising demand, HIWIN Mikrosystem has initiated a two-phase expansion plan. The first phase, completed in June, increased capacity by 20%, while the second phase is scheduled for completion between late this year and early 2027, further boosting capacity by another 20%.

Market Recovery: Beyond advanced packaging, the company's precision motion and control components are benefiting from a recovery in the PCB equipment market. Analysts expect strong growth in linear motors, servo motors, and drivers, supported by rebounding demand from China and Southeast Asia.
