Yushang is targeting the sub-2nm semiconductor market by expanding its micro-contamination control portfolio to include liquid filtration, AI-driven manufacturing, and circular recycling services.
What Happened
Advanced Process Strategy: Yushang is positioning itself for the sub-2nm era by showcasing its integrated solutions in circular recycling, AI manufacturing, and gas-liquid contamination control at SEMICON Taiwan 2026. The company aims to evolve from a traditional chemical filter supplier into a comprehensive partner for advanced process micro-contamination management.
Operational Performance: Driven by global semiconductor fab construction, Yushang reported strong growth with a 63.55% year-over-year increase in revenue for the first seven months of 2026. Management expects long-term momentum to be sustained by the adoption of regenerative filters and Clean Air as a Service (CaaS) models.
AI and Sustainability: The company is integrating AI into its manufacturing processes to improve traceability and anomaly detection. Furthermore, Yushang is scaling its circular economy initiatives, aiming for regenerative filter products to eventually account for over 50% of total revenue.
Liquid Filtration Expansion: Yushang is leveraging its expertise in gas-phase contamination to enter the liquid filtration market, targeting lithography, wet processes, and CMP applications. These new products are currently undergoing client validation and are expected to contribute to future growth as production requirements tighten.
