Technological Upgrades: The primary catalyst for this expansion is the rapid adoption of AI servers, GPUs, and high-end memory, which necessitate advanced substrate specifications. These components have become critical elements in the AI computing and advanced packaging supply chains.
Segment Performance: Both BT and ABF substrates are contributing to this growth trajectory. For 2025, BT substrate output is projected at $7.03 billion, an 18.2% increase, while ABF substrate output is expected to reach $7.72 billion, marking an 18.6% rise.
