Strong Financial Results: Shenglu Tech reported a net profit of NT$561 million for the first half of 2026, a 161% year-on-year increase, with EPS reaching NT$8.15. This performance already surpasses the company's total annual profit from previous years, driven by robust demand in the second quarter.
Operational Momentum: The company expects LEO satellite shipments to grow quarter-over-quarter throughout the second half of 2026, with Q4 revenue projected to exceed Q1 levels. By utilizing a co-design model with major clients, Shenglu Tech is increasing its value contribution as next-generation satellites enter mass production.
Expansion and Investment: To meet the growing demand for LEO product lines, Shenglu Tech plans to invest over NT$1 billion in capital expenditure for 2026, following an NT$800 million investment in 2025. The company is also expanding its portfolio into millimeter-wave amplifiers and terahertz transmission modules.
Future Outlook: Management remains optimistic about 2027, projecting performance to exceed that of 2026. As the LEO satellite market continues to mature, the company is focused on deepening its presence in space backbone network markets to sustain long-term growth.
