Semiconductor gas system provider Juma Applied Materials has begun its IPO process, supported by a NT$3 billion order backlog and strong industry demand.

What Happened

IPO Initiation: Gas system solutions provider Juma Applied Materials has officially partnered with Fubon Securities to begin its IPO process. Chairman Li Jun-wei stated that the company aims to leverage capital market resources to strengthen its global service capabilities amid robust semiconductor industry expansion.

Strong Order Backlog: Juma currently holds over NT$3 billion in orders, with visibility extending through 2028-2029 and some client plans reaching 2030. Analysts expect the company to maintain a revenue growth rate of at least 30% annually over the next three years, driven by major clients like Micron and TSMC.

Core Competitive Edge: Beyond selling gas supply equipment, Juma provides comprehensive engineering, maintenance, and facility upgrade services. By servicing third-party equipment, the company has tapped into a niche market for aftermarket support, which is expected to improve overall profit margins.

Global Expansion: While maintaining a strong presence in Taiwan, Juma is actively expanding into China, Singapore, Japan, and India. These international markets are expected to serve as key growth drivers in the next phase of the company's development as it scales its operations globally.
