Bond Issuance Details: Foxconn (2317-TW) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Foxconn Singapore Pte Ltd, has priced a total of 101.9 billion yen in corporate bonds through its Medium-Term Note (MTN) program. The issuance consists of 65.7 billion yen in 3-year notes at a 2.92% interest rate and 36.2 billion yen in 5-year notes at a 3.28% rate.

Capital Expenditure Focus: The proceeds from this issuance are intended to support the group's rising capital expenditure requirements. With the rapid growth of its AI business, Foxconn’s H1 capital expenditure reached NT$80.9 billion, with full-year projections indicating a growth of over 30% compared to last year, primarily targeting AI server racks, liquid cooling, and testing capacity.
