Order Book Composition: Advanced packaging and advanced PCB orders currently make up 92% of the company's backlog, underscoring a strategic shift toward AI-driven high-end manufacturing.
Global Expansion: To support client capacity expansion, Csun is strengthening its presence in the U.S. and Southeast Asia while integrating Digital Twin technology to enhance its equipment development capabilities.
