Competition for Venues: Due to an earlier Lunar New Year, corporate planning has accelerated by four months, leading to a 25% increase in inquiries. The market is currently facing a scramble for dates, venues, and staffing, as peak banquet season overlaps with traditional wedding dates.
Operational Adjustments: To mitigate labor shortages, LDC is successfully shifting corporate events to weekdays, achieving booking volumes comparable to weekends. Currently, 80% of their large-scale banquet contracts are scheduled for January, with the remainder spread across December and February.
