Acquisition Deal: Taiwan Cement Corp. (TCC) has authorized its Dutch subsidiary to acquire a 100% stake in IFCEM, Ukraine's second-largest cement manufacturer, for up to €750 million. The deal includes various building material subsidiaries and is subject to regulatory approvals in Taiwan and Ukraine.
Operational Resilience: Despite the ongoing conflict, IFCEM has maintained consistent production and profitability, with 2025 revenue growing 20.3% year-over-year. TCC plans to leverage its expertise in low-carbon R&D to enhance IFCEM's production capabilities post-acquisition.
