Operational Outlook: Taiwan Fertilizer announced during its 80th-anniversary event that improved raw material sourcing and government subsidies are expected to boost performance in the second half of the year. The company aims to reduce losses in its core fertilizer business by NT$500 million this year.
Real Estate Assets: The company is advancing key real estate developments, including the Nankang C4 and Hsinchu D7b projects, scheduled for completion between 2028 and 2029. Once fully leased, these properties are projected to generate an additional NT$670 million in annual rental income.
Strategic Diversification: Taiwan Fertilizer is deepening its ties to the high-tech sector through a strategic partnership with a major semiconductor manufacturer. The company plans to invest NT$1.5 billion in waste sulfuric acid recycling facilities, which are expected to begin production in late 2027.
