PCB designer Ronghui-KY reported record-breaking August revenue of NT$242 million, fueled by strong AI server liquid cooling orders and new US client growth.
What Happened
Revenue Growth: Ronghui-KY reported a record monthly revenue of NT$242 million for August, marking a 31.04% month-over-month increase and an 84.99% year-over-year surge. The company attributes this performance to robust demand for AI server components and the successful onboarding of new US-based clients.
Operational Momentum: Chairman Liu Shi-lin noted that shipments of liquid cooling modules and Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs) have increased significantly, with CDU volume reaching 1,000 units in August. As a specialized liquid cooling service provider, the company has seen its AI-related product revenue share rise to 10.8%.
Cost Management: Despite rising raw material costs for components like fiberglass and copper-clad laminates, the company has successfully passed on price increases to customers. Approximately 90% of clients have accepted full price adjustments due to the strong demand for AI server hardware.
Dividend Policy: The company has transitioned to a semi-annual dividend distribution model, reporting an EPS of NT$4.31 for the first half of the year. A cash dividend of NT$3.5 per share is scheduled to go ex-dividend on September 15, with payment set for October 13.
