Kingcore August Revenue Climbs 10.46% as Firm Targets R19 Satellite Testing

Electronic Technology · Electronic Equipment/Instruments · economic_daily · 2026-09-04

Testing leader Kingcore reported a 10.46% year-over-year revenue increase in August, driven by FCC regulatory demand and a strategic push into 5G R19 satellite connectivity testing.

What Happened

Revenue Growth: Kingcore announced August revenue of NT$415 million, marking a 10.46% year-over-year increase. This growth is primarily attributed to evolving FCC regulatory policies, which have boosted demand for pre-approval guidance (PAG) cases from non-MRA regions.

Market Demand: The integration of AI into smart devices such as laptops, smartphones, and robots, alongside the adoption of Wi-Fi 7, has increased the complexity and value of testing projects. As a major global market, the U.S. remains a key driver for the company's high-end testing business.

Strategic R&D: The company is currently advancing R19-compliant testing in collaboration with major chipset manufacturers. This initiative focuses on cutting-edge technologies, including direct-to-cell satellite connectivity and satellite broadband, positioning the firm for future industry standards.

Financial Returns: Kingcore reported an EPS of NT$6.04 for the first half of the year and has approved a cash dividend of NT$5.5 per share. The ex-dividend date is set for September 3, with payouts scheduled for October 8.
