Haiyue International announced its October 2026 revenue reached NT$1.41 billion, marking an 8.21% year-on-year increase, with strong performance in both agency sales and construction revenue.
What Happened
Revenue Performance: Haiyue International reported a consolidated revenue of NT$1.41 billion for October 2026, an 8.21% increase compared to the same period last year. Year-to-date revenue through October reached NT$9.51 billion, representing a robust 66.16% year-on-year growth.
Agency Sales: The company's agency business saw a significant monthly rebound of 24.91% in October, driven by strong sales across projects in Taipei, New Taipei, Hsinchu, and Tainan. Management noted that as buyer demand shifts toward owner-occupancy, the focus on developer brand and project quality has bolstered sales momentum.
Construction Contribution: Construction revenue has been a major growth driver, totaling NT$7.59 billion in the first ten months, a 172.1% increase. The company expects further revenue recognition in December from the 'Dali Yecui' project in Taichung, which has already received its occupancy permit.
Future Outlook: Looking ahead to the fourth quarter, Haiyue anticipates continued growth in agency revenue and steady construction income, which will improve its financial structure. With a strong pipeline of new projects, the company expects its second-half profitability to outperform the first half of the year.
