Revenue Performance: Everlight Electronics reported August consolidated revenue of NT$1.863 billion, representing a 14.1% year-on-year increase despite a slight month-on-month dip. For the first eight months of the year, cumulative revenue reached NT$14.233 billion, marking a 6.28% growth compared to the same period last year.
Strategic Growth: The company is successfully expanding its footprint in high-end optocouplers, with AI servers and robotics now accounting for over 20% of shipments. Key components including servo motor control optocouplers and infrared LEDs have been integrated into major robotics supply chains, bolstering the firm's competitive edge.
Profitability Outlook: Management expects second-half performance to outperform the first half, supported by a recovery in automotive demand and stabilizing raw material costs. These factors are anticipated to drive margin expansion and overall profitability improvements for the remainder of the fiscal year.
Future Expansion: To secure long-term growth, Everlight is constructing a new production facility in Thailand, which is slated for completion and mass production by the second half of 2027. This strategic move is designed to enhance production capacity and provide sustainable momentum for the company's future operations.
