What Happened

Financial Results: O-Bank delivered a robust performance in the first half of 2026, reporting a consolidated net profit of NT$2.67 billion, a 54% increase year-over-year. Earnings per share reached NT$0.54, marking a 69% growth compared to the same period last year, driven by improved deposit structures and strong contributions from subsidiary China Bills Finance.

The core focus remains on strengthening the domestic banking business while maintaining a flexible approach to potential long-term investments.
