Yulon Nissan Motor aims to reach its 13,000-unit annual sales target by launching special edition models and upgrading showrooms to address shifting consumer preferences.

What Happened

Market Dynamics: Yulon Nissan Motor General Manager Yao Chen-hsiang noted that the Taiwan automotive market is highly mature, with annual sales hovering around 430,000 units. The market is increasingly polarized, with growing demand for luxury and hybrid vehicles while entry-level, budget-friendly models face declining interest.

Sales Targets: The company has set an annual sales goal of 13,000 vehicles, with approximately 9,000 units delivered so far. To bridge the remaining 4,000-unit gap, Yulon Nissan plans to maintain a monthly delivery pace of at least 1,200 vehicles, supported by key models like the KICKS, X-TRAIL, and SENTRA.

Marketing Initiatives: To boost year-end sales, the company has introduced the "MOMIJI" special edition for the KICKS and SENTRA models. These vehicles feature Japanese-inspired autumn aesthetics and upgraded equipment packages, offering consumers added value ranging from NT$40,000 to NT$70,000.

Service Upgrades: Yulon Nissan is simultaneously executing its Nissan Premium Service (NPS) showroom renovation plan. By upgrading 17 locations across Taiwan with modern, premium amenities by the end of next year, the company aims to strengthen its brand image and enhance the overall customer service experience.
