Record Cumulative Revenue: Junxing-KY reported cumulative revenue of NT$2.125 billion for the first eight months, a 2.6% year-on-year increase and a new record for the period. While August revenue saw a 4% year-on-year decline due to a high base in garden tool shipments last year, the company's overall growth trajectory remains intact.
Segment Performance: Precision hardware for power tools and industrial robot gears grew by 25.8% and 52% respectively compared to the same period last year. While power tools remain the largest revenue contributor, smart transmission products are emerging as a key growth driver.
Robotics Expansion: The company is aggressively expanding into smart transmission, including harmonic reducers and E-bike motors. Notably, they have secured sample orders for cycloidal gear reducers specifically designed for humanoid robot joint modules.
Q4 Outlook: Management expects revenue from smart transmission products to grow by over 20% in the fourth quarter, outperforming traditional segments. As new products enter mass production, the increasing revenue contribution from smart transmission is expected to drive future profitability.
