What Happened
IPO Timeline: Jinghua Biomedical has finalized its public offering process with an indicative price of NT$55 per share. Following the completion of the subscription and lottery phases in early October, the company is scheduled to officially list on the Taipei Exchange on October 15.
Intellectual Property: The company holds 16 domestic and international patents covering extraction processes and functional formulations. By leveraging proprietary technologies, such as kidney-protecting probiotics developed in collaboration with National Taiwan University, Jinghua helps clients differentiate their products in a competitive market.
