Heavy electrical equipment manufacturer Aleees reached a record 7.04 billion TWD in revenue for the first eight months of the year, supported by strong demand from AI data centers and semiconductor facility expansions.

What Happened

Revenue Performance: Aleees announced its August revenue reached 773 million TWD, reflecting a year-on-year decline due to a high base effect from previous Taipower projects. However, cumulative revenue for the first eight months hit a record high of 7.043 billion TWD, marking a 7.94% increase compared to the same period last year.

Order Backlog: The company's current order backlog has surpassed 13 billion TWD, setting an all-time high. With new orders consistently outpacing current sales, the company is well-positioned for sustained growth in the coming periods.

Growth Drivers: Revenue growth is primarily fueled by three key sectors: Taipower's grid resilience projects, semiconductor industry capacity expansion, and the construction of AI data centers. Notably, the semiconductor sector has become a primary contributor, with its share of the order backlog now exceeding that of Taipower.

Future Outlook: Aleees is actively expanding its footprint in international markets and domestic rail infrastructure. With secured orders from AI-related clients and ongoing collaboration on Taiwan Railways' control systems, the company maintains a strong project visibility of at least three years.
