Product Launch: Shinhan Bank announced that it will begin selling 10-year and 20-year retail government bonds through Defined Contribution (DC) and Individual Retirement Pension (IRP) accounts starting September 9. Customers can subscribe to these bonds via the Shinhan Super SOL mobile app or at physical branches.
Subscription Details: The subscription period runs from September 9 to September 15. Investors can participate with a minimum investment of 100,000 KRW, with additional investments allowed in 100,000 KRW increments.
Investment Benefits: These government-issued bonds are designed to support long-term asset accumulation for individuals. If held until maturity, the bonds offer a yield calculated by adding a premium to the coupon rate, compounded annually.
