Wistron Fundraising: Wistron announced the pricing of its Global Depositary Receipts (GDRs), aiming to raise approximately 1.47 billion USD for material procurement. The shares dropped over 5% intraday as the market reacted to the 5.5% discount offered in the fundraising deal.
