Global fitness equipment leader Johnson Health Tech achieved a record-breaking September revenue of NT$5.55 billion, marking 13 consecutive months of year-over-year growth as US demand surges.
What Happened
Revenue Performance: Johnson Health Tech reported a consolidated revenue of NT$5.55 billion for September, a 17.1% increase year-over-year, marking the 13th consecutive month of growth. Cumulative revenue for the first three quarters reached NT$400.34 billion, setting a new historical high for the period.
Market Drivers: The US home fitness segment emerged as a key growth engine, posting a 40% year-over-year increase, with the BowFlex brand performing exceptionally well. Meanwhile, the commercial sector maintained double-digit growth, supported by continued expansion from global gym chains and corporate fitness facilities.
Production Capacity: To support long-term growth, the company's second factory in Vietnam began operations in August with an estimated annual output value of $400 million. This facility serves as a critical manufacturing hub for treadmills, elliptical machines, and strength training equipment to meet global demand.
Outlook: Analysts expect the company to hit new quarterly revenue records in Q4 as it enters the traditional peak shipping season. With the new Vietnam facility online and strong market momentum, the company is well-positioned to achieve record-high annual revenue and profitability.
