What Happened
Revenue Performance: Fuwang International reported a consolidated revenue of NT$257 million for September, marking a massive year-on-year increase compared to the NT$247,000 recorded in the same period last year. The total revenue for the first nine months reached NT$2.57 billion, primarily driven by the completion and handover of 17 units across various key projects in Taichung and Hsinchu.
Market Outlook: Chairman Lin Zong-yi noted that recent government policies easing loan restrictions for second-home buyers have effectively reduced financial pressure and stimulated market activity. With precise product positioning in core locations, the company remains highly optimistic about the future of the housing market and sales prospects.
Project Pipeline: The company currently has a total project pipeline of NT$37.85 billion, encompassing 2,691 units across Taiwan, including notable developments like the "Yao Era" series and "Sky W-ONE." Extensive land reserves in strategic areas such as New Taipei, Taichung, and Tainan ensure a stable development rhythm for the next five years.
Operational Strategy: Moving forward, Fuwang plans to continue optimizing resource allocation while maintaining strict quality control over construction projects. Management maintains a cautiously optimistic outlook on overall operational performance as more projects reach completion and handover stages.
