Selective Buying: Despite the broad sell-off, foreign investors selectively increased their positions in stocks such as PSMC, Yang Ming Marine Transport, and Compal Electronics. Financial stocks including Mega Financial and First Financial also saw net inflows, indicating a strategic rotation in foreign portfolios.
