Thermal management giants AVC and Jing Cheng reported record-breaking August revenue, driven by surging AI server demand and aggressive capacity expansion.
What Happened
Revenue Performance: Thermal solution providers AVC and Jing Cheng both achieved record-high revenue in August, with AVC reaching 19.48 billion TWD and Jing Cheng hitting 3.23 billion TWD. Both companies demonstrated significant year-over-year growth, reflecting strong market demand for their cooling products.
Growth Drivers: The companies attribute their robust performance to the explosive demand for AI data center cooling solutions. AVC expects its operational performance to improve sequentially throughout the second half of the year, bolstered by the rapid adoption of ASIC liquid cooling technology.
Capacity Expansion: To meet rising order volumes, AVC plans to increase its production capacity by 50% next year with substantial capital expenditures. Similarly, Jing Cheng has ramped up its capital spending to between 2 and 3 billion TWD this year to support the construction of new manufacturing facilities.
Market Outlook: Industry analysts remain optimistic about the outlook for both firms, anticipating that increased production capacity and the continued expansion of AI server infrastructure will sustain their growth momentum through the remainder of the year.
