Battery materials producer Campros outlines a three-pillar strategy focusing on EV materials, semiconductors, and supply chain resilience to drive future growth.
What Happened
Operational Strategy: Campros General Manager He Bo-zhang announced a three-pillar growth strategy: solidifying EV materials, expanding semiconductor operations, and strengthening supply chain resilience. The company has seen a significant improvement in product mix, driven by increased shipments of high-margin products.
EV Expansion: EV materials have become the core growth engine for the group. Following certification by a major Japanese automaker last year, shipments have surged, and the company is currently awaiting final validation for its Quang Ninh plant in Vietnam, which is expected to be a major catalyst.
Semiconductor Focus: Through its subsidiary Heng-Yi Chemical, Campros has partnered with Mitsubishi Chemical to supply electronic-grade sulfuric acid for advanced semiconductor processes. The company is also expanding into waste acid recycling to provide closed-loop solutions for semiconductor manufacturers.
Market Outlook: Campros remains committed to enhancing supply chain resilience to navigate global market volatility. With rising demand in both the EV and semiconductor sectors, the company aims to leverage technological upgrades and capacity expansion to boost its competitive edge.
