Auras Technology sees a 120% year-over-year profit jump in July, driven by strong AI server demand and its return to the NVIDIA Vera Rubin supply chain.
What Happened
Significant Profit Growth: Thermal solution provider Auras Technology reported a July net profit of NT$600 million, a 120% increase compared to the same period last year, with monthly EPS reaching NT$6.47. The record-breaking revenue was driven by seasonal demand and the fulfillment of deferred orders from June.
Strong First-Half Results: Auras has maintained robust momentum this year, with first-half net profit reaching NT$2.132 billion, a 2.2-fold increase year-over-year. The company has consistently earned over one share of capital per quarter for four consecutive quarters, highlighting its strong profitability.
NVIDIA Supply Chain Re-entry: Chairman Lin Yu-shen confirmed that Auras has rejoined the NVIDIA Vera Rubin supply chain for cold plates, with testing currently underway. Shipments for major clients like AWS and Meta are expected to commence by the end of the year, providing a significant revenue boost.
Future Outlook: The company expects its peak operational performance to occur in November and December, with a strong first quarter anticipated for next year. With the ramp-up of new ASIC and GPU products, Auras remains highly optimistic about its growth trajectory through 2027.
