AirTAC International posted record August revenue of NT$3.7 billion, driven by strong demand in AI, energy storage, and industrial automation sectors.
What Happened
Record-Breaking Performance: AirTAC International reported August consolidated revenue of NT$3.707 billion, a 43.3% year-over-year increase, setting a new record for the month. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$29.879 billion, also hitting a historical high for the period.
Optimistic Market Outlook: The company remains bullish on the pneumatic industry, projecting that the current growth cycle will extend through 2027. Driven by China's smart manufacturing and equipment upgrade policies, order intake continues to outpace shipments, signaling sustained market demand.
Key Growth Drivers: AirTAC's growth is underpinned by three main pillars: AI and electronics applications, energy storage and battery sectors, and the reshoring of traditional industries. AI-related demand has boosted the electronics segment by over 30%, while the energy storage sector continues to see growth rates of 50% to 60%.
Policy Support: With China's 15th Five-Year Plan focusing on industrial upgrading, AirTAC expects continued policy support to bolster the pneumatic market. Additionally, the trend of traditional industry clients relocating production back to China is contributing to double-digit growth in demand for pneumatic components.
