Q4 Growth Outlook: Management expects positive developments for its 800G optical module products by the fourth quarter of this year. This shift aligns with the company's broader strategy to reduce reliance on consumer electronics and pivot toward higher-margin, advanced manufacturing processes.
Financial Restructuring: To strengthen its balance sheet, Elite Material plans to reduce capital by approximately 20.602% to offset losses, alongside a private placement of shares.
