ANH Structure: Established in 2013, ANH Structure specializes in architectural and engineering technology services. The company reported 21.36 billion KRW in revenue and a small operating loss of 6 million KRW last year, with NH Investment & Securities serving as the lead underwriter.
Intellivix: Founded in 2000, Intellivix is a software development and supply firm. It posted 46.64 billion KRW in revenue and 4.88 billion KRW in operating profit for the previous year, with Mirae Asset Securities acting as the lead underwriter for its IPO.
Next Steps: With the preliminary approval secured, both companies will proceed with the remaining regulatory requirements, including the filing of securities registration statements. These listings are expected to facilitate capital raising and enhance the corporate profiles of both firms.
