TransAsia Telecom posted a 15.4% monthly revenue increase in October, reaching a yearly high as the company expands its 5G SA projects and AI-driven solutions.
What Happened
Revenue Growth: TransAsia Telecom reported October consolidated revenue of NT$36.43 million, a 15.4% increase from the previous month, marking a new high for the year. The cumulative revenue for the first ten months reached NT$268 million, remaining stable compared to the same period last year as operations show signs of recovery.
Business Expansion: The company has successfully secured roles in generative AI projects for three major global telecommunications operators and won a new contract with Denmark's TDC. Furthermore, the company is actively pursuing additional opportunities in North American and African markets to drive future growth.
Technical Edge: TransAsia's proprietary BoostQuant technology effectively reduces memory usage and CPU power consumption in telecommunications signal transmission. The upcoming version, scheduled for release next year, aims to further improve energy efficiency and help operators lower their capital expenditure.
Market Outlook: Analysts remain optimistic about TransAsia's growth trajectory through next year, citing its strong positioning in the 5G SA market. As new projects begin to contribute to the bottom line, the company is well-positioned to capture further market share in the global telecom sector.
