IPO Details: Han-Ce has initiated its pre-listing auction for 4,192 shares with a floor price of NT$1,800 per share. The bidding period runs from September 7 to 9, with the final offering price tentatively set at NT$2,250 and a planned market debut in late September.
Operational Growth: Driven by surging demand for AI, high-performance computing (HPC), and advanced chip testing, Han-Ce has seen rapid expansion. In the first half of 2026, the company reported revenue of NT$2.185 billion and an EPS of NT$21.5, both marking record highs for the period.
Profitability Trends: The company’s profit growth is underpinned by a shift toward high-margin product mixes and improved operational efficiency. Operating margins surged from 3.35% in 2024 to 33.59% in the first half of 2026, while gross margins reached 54.88% during the same period.
Future Outlook: Management highlights that customized testing solutions, including thermal management and optical inspection systems, are now key growth drivers. Looking ahead, Han-Ce plans to expand into system-level testing (SLT) for high-speed memory, advanced packaging, and silicon photonics to sustain its momentum.
