Ruixin reported a significant monthly revenue jump in August, while semiconductor testing firm MA-tek achieved record results driven by AI and CPO demand.
What Happened
Ruixin Revenue Growth: Electronic component manufacturer Ruixin reported an August revenue of NT$55.16 million, a 131.7% increase from the previous month. The company attributes this recovery to the progression of defense-related projects and clearer government budget allocations.
Seasonal Momentum: Management expects the second half of the year to be a peak season for the defense industry. As project execution accelerates, the company anticipates further improvements in its overall operational performance.
MA-tek Record Performance: Semiconductor testing firm MA-tek posted record-breaking August revenue of NT$254 million, reflecting a 22.6% year-to-date increase. Growth is primarily driven by complex analysis requirements for AI chips and advanced manufacturing processes.
Technological Tailwinds: The transition of AI data centers toward 1.6T transmission speeds is fueling demand for silicon photonics and CPO verification. MA-tek is well-positioned to capitalize on these trends through its specialized material analysis and failure diagnostic platforms.
