F-鈺齊 reported a net profit of NT$494 million for the first three quarters, as rising raw material costs and new factory startup expenses weighed on margins.
What Happened
Financial Performance: F-鈺齊 announced its Q3 financial results, reporting a quarterly net profit of NT$136 million, a 54.6% year-on-year decline, with EPS at NT$0.68. For the first nine months, consolidated revenue reached NT$14.37 billion, up 12.9%, while net profit fell 42.1% to NT$494 million.
Profitability Challenges: The company attributed the profit decline to external headwinds, including tariff impacts, volatile raw material costs, and rising labor expenses. Additionally, the ramp-up of new production facilities has led to higher fixed costs and learning curve expenses, suppressing overall margins.
Operational Strategy: The group currently serves over 50 brands, with its top ten clients accounting for more than 80% of its business. Vietnam remains its primary production hub at 65.73%, while the European and American markets continue to be the company's largest sales regions.
Future Outlook: F-鈺齊 is actively optimizing its global production footprint, with new facilities in Vietnam and Indonesia having entered production in late 2025. The company expects revenue scale to grow through 2026 as the contribution from these new plants continues to increase quarter by quarter.
