Jiu Shun Construction reported a record-breaking third quarter with revenue of NT$772 million, driven by industrial facility demand and resumed project recognition.

What Happened

Operational Performance: Jiu Shun Construction reported September revenue of approximately NT$242 million, up 54.88% year-over-year, with third-quarter revenue reaching a record NT$772 million, a 68.23% increase. Cumulative revenue for the first nine months hit NT$1.988 billion, up 24.18%, reflecting a significant expansion in the company's operational scale.

Growth Drivers: The revenue growth is primarily attributed to the resumption of construction and recognition of previously delayed projects, alongside steady progress on major developments like the Guoyang Xizhi office building. Increased demand for industrial facilities from the AI and semiconductor supply chains has further bolstered the company's commercial real estate contracting business.

Business Strategy: The company focuses on four core areas: residential, industrial/office, social housing, and urban renewal. Its subsidiary, Da Shun Integration, enhances mechanical and electrical integration capabilities, helping to shorten construction timelines and improve cost control, thereby strengthening the company's competitiveness in large-scale projects.

Future Outlook: As of the end of August, Jiu Shun had 19 projects under construction totaling NT$27.01 billion, with approximately NT$18 billion in unrecognized revenue. The company expects to recognize this over the next four to five years while continuing to leverage smart site management to improve profit quality and solidify its position as a comprehensive construction integrator.
