CHPT Profit Surge: Chunghwa Precision Test Technology (CHPT) reported an August net profit of NT$174 million, marking a 95% year-over-year increase with EPS of NT$5.29. The company released these figures following regulatory requirements regarding trading activity disclosures.
Growth Outlook: CHPT expects growth to accelerate through 2027, with plans to increase production capacity by 50% by the first half of next year. The company anticipates significant revenue growth in probe cards driven by robust demand for AI, HPC, and ASIC high-end chip applications.
ShunSin Performance: ShunSin-KY, a subsidiary of Foxconn, reported August revenue of NT$691 million, a 49.81% year-over-year increase, marking a record high for the period. Cumulative revenue for the first eight months reached NT$5.037 billion, reflecting a 1.77% growth compared to last year.
Strategic Expansion: ShunSin-KY expects its new Vietnam facility to contribute significantly by the end of this year, with full production benefits anticipated by 2027. The company plans to invest between NT$4 billion and NT$5 billion to expand its CPO automated production lines and advanced packaging capabilities.
