Etron reported record-breaking August revenue driven by surging demand for AI server cooling modules from major cloud service providers and US clients.

What Happened

Revenue Performance: Etron achieved a record-high monthly revenue of NT$777 million in August, marking a 5.06% monthly increase and a 46.07% year-over-year surge, with year-to-date revenue reaching NT$5.2 billion.

Growth Drivers: The robust performance is primarily attributed to explosive demand for ASIC and AI server cooling solutions from major US clients and cloud service providers, keeping shipments of high-end thermal modules at peak levels.

Product Mix: Thermal components now account for 46.1% of total revenue, serving as the company's primary growth engine, with analysts projecting this share to exceed 50% or even 60% by next year.

Strategic Outlook: To meet rising demand, Etron is actively expanding production capacity at its Wugu and Sanchong facilities, while also pursuing liquid cooling opportunities through its subsidiary, Huizhi Advanced, alongside ongoing Nvidia platform certifications.
